The Passageways Peer Webinar Series continued in 2008 with Thad Hutcheson, Chief Technology Officer from T Bank sharing their Board Portal solution. Thad did a fantastic job with the presentation and made this one of our most successful Peer Webinars to date.

Unfortunately, due to the proprietary nature of some of the information that Thad shared with us, we did not make a recording of the webinar. However, we will be presenting another Board Portal webinar on Wednesday, February 27th. Please follow the link below to sign up for the session.

Click here to sign up for the Feb. 27th Board Portal Webinar.

If you would like to know more about the Board Portal solution now, any of our sales associates would be happy to do a demo for you, or answer any questions that you might have. Please contact them at sales@passageways.com.

Don't miss the next Peer Webinar in mid March. Look for details about the topic and presenter to come your way soon.

Passageways has plenty to highlight in 2007

Passageways is proud to report record revenue growth of 56 percent in 2007, including the addition of more than 40 new portal community banks and credit union customers. We also worked with more than 50 existing Passageways customers in 2007 to introduce new modules or complete integration projects.

Other highlights of Passageways’ growth in 2007 include the following:

  1. Successfully completed the acquisition of Houston-based Engineered Business Solutions, with two EBS clients, USU Charter Credit Union (Logan, Utah) and TruMark Financial Credit Union (Trevose, Pa.), signing up for a migration to Passageways portal within the first 90 days of the acquisition.
  2. Launched new products such as e-Forms Builder, Executive Dashboards, Learning Management, Knowledge Management and Lobby Management, bringing the total number of applications/modules offered to more than 25.
  3. Increased participation in Passageways’ PowWOW Advanced User and Developer Conference to more than 100 attendees to create the industry’s biggest conference of its kind.
  4. Formed strategic relationships with Callahan & Associates, Members Development Group and Indiana Credit Union League.
  5. Won a best practices award from Credit Union Journal for the implementation of portal-based automation projects at Kitsap Federal Credit Union (Bremerton, Wash.), making 2007 the second year in a row of winning this award.

Passageways goals for 2008 include reaching the 150-client milestone, increasing participation at our PowWOW user conference and adding 20 clients to the hosted ASP offering, especially among smaller community banks and credit unions.

Congratulations to Passageways Consulting Services Manager Manan Relia on his recent nuptials!

Thank you to all who have shown patience with our Consulting Services department as its manager, Manan Relia has been in India for the past month for his wedding. Manan said "I do" to Ishani on January 25th and the celebration has continued into February. Manan will be making his return February 11th. As you continue your work with Consulting Services, be sure to wish Manan well as he begins married life!

Your Opinion Counts!

We need your help – our development teams need input from time to time on how features should be implemented within the Passageways Portal. To get this feedback we are creating a group of expert users for the Portal framework (which includes the Group Collaboration Module) and each of the other modules: Help Desk, eForms Builder, Expense Reporting, Products and Services, etc.

These expert groups will have access to a discussion forum and will be the first group of customers that we contact for beta testing and early feedback on the releases in their area of expertise.

If you would like to be included in this feedback group that is so critical to the continued success of the Passageways Portal, please send an email to our Product Manager, Art Remnet at aremnet@passageways.com and let him know with which expert groups you would like to participate.
