Spotlight: Performance Dashboards!
Interested in Professional Services? Here's a sneak peak:

Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

Most organizations have various departments all contributing to its overall success, therefore it is important to be able to assess the progress of each department.  The problem has been however, that the information that makes up the KPI’s is typically stored in various systems, databases, applications, etc.

Performance Dashboards are used to pull the data from these various locations into one graphical format, thus providing a "snapshot" of performance.  Gauges are used as indicators for a particular piece of information, a combination of KPI’s, or overall performance.

Passsageways Professional Services will work with you to design your custom Performance Dashboards. Performance Dashboards are relatively inexpensive, and their cost can be easily justified by:

  • Having the ability to quickly identify and correct negative trends.
  • Easily measuring efficiencies/inefficiencies.
  • Making make more informed business decisions.
  • Identifying new trends based on collected data.
  • Eliminating duplicate data entry.
  • Align strategies and organizational goals.
  • Increase overall revenues.
